GTR2 10th Anniversary Patch

I have updated the garage menu today but I don't want to re-upload twice 500mb for a tiny 1kb file so I upload it here :)
As you can see on screenshots, there are 2 versions, either for GTR2 or PnG3. This small update adds DISC THICKNESS setting on both FRONT/REAR in garage setup.

Edit RMS F1 2019 Ferrari Steering Wheel

Hello, I am trying to see if it's possible to edit the steering wheel of the Ferrari F1 (RMS F1 2019 mod) to show tire temps and data like the display shows on the Ferrari 488 Mod I have installed. There is a much greater amount of data shown on that motec steering wheel than the RMS one.

Additionally, does anyone know why when you try to start a race the game crashes? I've tried many things to get it to work but it's only not working on the RMS 2019 F1 mod. I have 2012 RMS installed and...

People used to watch episodes of ISRTV may already know the famous SimRacer Billy Strange, last month he decided to try to pass his driving school tests again with his last hardware, as usual his advices are interesting and may be relevant for newcomers to GTR2 or simracing in general. He has released 8 episodes so far but I won't copy-paste each youtube video here, instead here is the official Billy's youtube channel so take a seat, some popcorns and enjoy his lessons :)...

GTR2 1975 F1 mod?

Has a proper version of a 1975 F1 mod ever been released for GTR2? I've tried a 3 part download I found on the web and it's structure is scrambled to say the least, and it CTD's every time I try to load it. I've installed the F1 Seven 1975 demo and while it runs and looks good, I can't complete a lap in it because of the odd physics. Is there a happy compromise or a working version out there somewhere?

hi, I hope some of you will help me out here. I have never played a racing sim. I would like to race classic cars on classic tracks. I have done some research which has brought me to this community. I have seen mentions of GTR2 + mods Power and Glory and Le Mans Classic and Targa Florio track.

What do I need to run these programs?

I have a fairly basic PC running W10 - AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 8.00Gb Radeon Vega 12 Graphics on board. SSD drive.

As a beginner I do not want spend a great deal to...

Hi Guys,
I'm new to sim racing and picked up GTR2 after seeing good reviews.
Installed anniversary patch.
Really enjoying getting faster and am using the Elise.
Question I have is - When in garage after a few laps TTs show as an even 89degrees while in Motec they are showing around 55.
Anyone know why? Both calibrated to centigrade.

F1 1971 Mod 1.1 - No arms issue

Hi everyone, Has anyone has issues no being able to get the drivers arms to show in F1 1971 mod? I have downloaded ver 1.1 from RD and installed on a fresh GTR2 install but can't see the drivers arms. I have checked the Plr file line Drivers Arms Visible in Cockpit is on (1) and have played with some of the graphic settings in the game UI but nothing, the driver still looks like the Black Night from The Holy Grail movie.
Has anyone got any ideas? I'm running Fista I mean Vista :poop: this...

Replays of Laps & also timing Q

Tried search, but no answer found.
So,
How do i look at a replay of my lap after returning to garage? I want to see my lines and look for brake lock ups etc.
Also, the timing screen just shows my fastest lap in a practice session, not all of them. Can i make it do that?
I know MoTeC will show them, but it would be useful not to have to switch to it.
Any setup tips for Monza would be useful too! :D

Virtua LM Group C Mod

Hi,

I've tried searching but not had much luck.

I used to love playing the Group C mod by the Virtua LM team on F1 Challenge.

I see that someone did convert it to run on GTR2 but I can't seem to find a suitable working link.

Can anyone help me find one that still works!

Hi all i have some news for you all if you did not know this you can now get a free licence for GTR2 here so if you would like to take part in our club events and do not have a copy of GTR2 now you can get one for this grate game.

Game gets too long to load

Hi guys, my first post here, and unfortunately that will be a request for help. I recently reinstalled GTR 2 (Steam version), but when I launch the game, it gets stuck in a black screen for a long, long time, like a good 90 seconds, before loading the main menu. At first, I thought the game froze in the black screen, but then I waited and the main menu showed up. During the period stuck in the black screen, I cannot Alt+Tab at all or close the game.

I have already reinstalled the game,...

Not sure where to post this but anyone knows id Simraceway race sim is still alive active?
Trying to log on with no luck. I am not sure if I remember the right password but get no options to sign up for new account.
I ask as I have a few SRW tracks and in the process of slowly convert more tracks to Gtr2. But not sure if they are considered 'legal' to upload her on RD?

Multiplayer races finishing early

I'm trying to do a timed race but the race always finishes after 3 laps even if the GDB is set to say.. 800 laps and 15 minutes. The 15 minute timer works but whoever is in first position gets the chequered flag after 3 laps. We have the same track GDB and both have race distance set to time.

Any ideas?
